I’m Raya, the creator of The Beauty Business Blueprint and CEO of Flirt Wax Bar!

I started Flirt Wax Bar 8 years ago when I moved to Tampa, FL and went ALL IN with my brand new business. From a small sketchy room and ZERO clients I was able to grow to a storefront location and a 6-figure business within the 1st year of opening.

Then came the challenges all business owners go through at some point.

I got kicked out of my storefront location after only 1 year being there.

I had to make the hard decision to either quit or start yet AGAIN and keep going. 

I decided to keep going and my next location was 3x the size, 3x the rent and a $30k build out when I had nowhere close to that much money. 

But with sheer determination, faith and perseverance I made it happen!

Now 8 years later and I have a million dollar brand that has runs itself (for the most part) with my amazing team of 10! 

I won’t go into detail here about ALL THE CHALLENGES I faced during this time but I will tell you it WAS NOT EASY to get to this point!
