Raya & Trae started Bosses in Beauty in 2020 after 10 successful years owning a brick and mortar aesthetic business. With a shared passion of business, leadership, personal development & investing, starting a business to help estheticians overcome the inevitable business challenges so they can grow to their highest potential is what they are made for.

They reside in Tampa, FL with their two beautiful daughters and in their free time love traveling the world, attending events & spending time outdoors with their kids.
